Error Log - Apache server reached MaxClients setting consider raising the MaxClients setting

* Be sure you've read over: How to optimize Apache memory usage
* If your server is properly optimized and you have available memory, increase MaxClients by small increments until you are using 80% of your memory. If you are checking during a peak period, you may configure apache to use 90-95% of your available memory.
* If you continue to receive this error after increasing the MaxClients setting, you will need to purchase a system with more available memory. Increasing MaxClients further will result in your system entering an out-of-memory (OOM) state, which in turn can lead to a server crash/apache kernel kills, thus taking your site off-line entirely.
